Went to Bertuccis last night for the first time in about a year! Had the chicken Parm, which is my go to dish. Three pieces of chicken have now been reduced to two small patties and the price has gone up four dollars! Ridiculous! Very disappointed. 😡

RecommendedI haven't been to a Bertuccis since my grandmother was alive. Thank you for reminding me of the precious memories I had with her. The food is fairly priced and the quality is insane for those prices. The service was outstanding. I never had to ask for a refill, not once. We will be back. Thank you so very much.

absolutly awful experience tonight. I am 36w pregnant and showed the waiter the picture and ordered off the email what I wanted. brought the wrong thing. manager comes over tells me I ordered wrong I showed her the exact same picture. she brings the wrong thing. at this point my husband is finished eating and rather then embarrass him in a full dining room I'm just ready to go. Very disappointed in tonight's pizza dinner. There must be a different crew/cooks than usual, because they have always been very consistent. The pizzas were undercooked, oddly shaped, had barely any cheese, scarce ingredients and way too much sauce to a point where they were soupy.
always excessive wait time for food. do not order carryout or delivery!
RecommendedI never write in these things but I have never seen a hostess work harder than this one did tonight. I even stopped by to notice her name tag so I could write this- Paula- you are awesome!!!! I watched you on top of tables all night long. AND - when we were leaving, every single waiter said good night and thank you. Jobs well done, all!
