I would like to thank the receptionist who greeted me, salesmen Rodney Derek and his team, Jon Heaton, Roy Dinki of finance and the young gentleman in delivery who walked me through the ins and outs of the bike plus help in loading the bike. My husband has been riding a Vulcan and she is getting a little rough around the edges. We went to Berts Mega Mall and my husband fell in love. Joe Rodriguez helped us get everything in order and My husband now has other woman. He has rode her every day since the day she came home. I surprised my husband for Christmas with a Can Am Spyder thanks to the help from Lucas Rivas and the rest of the guys at Bert's. It was so easy, just texting and email and the online credit application. When I went in person on Monday before Christmas, they were already washing it. All I had to do was sign the paperwork! Everyone was very helpful in keeping it a secret, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I got a super great price and my husband is so happy with his new ride.
We had a great experience at Bert's yesterday while shopping for a Polaris Utility ATV to transport our disabled daughter. Mark Girvin AND Gary Mullen where understanding and compassionate and did their best to make sure all of our needs were met. Mark Girvin and Bobby Rhoades were awesome and made the process of my purchase of a Polaris Ranger XP Browning Edition easy and fast. My experience with Bert s Mega Mall was great. They have excellent customer service and a awesome selection. I was able to purchase 2 Yamaha jet skies thanks you Cesar Cornejo. As soon as we walked in the door Joe greeted us and showed us all the different options. We are already planning another trip back to Bert s for more toys.
