This was my first time buying an off-road vehicle. I was helped by Dino. He was friendly and I believe he really was trying to help me get a good deal and making sure I was happy with my purchase. I spent more that I anticipated but I am happy with my purchase.

I just bought a beautiful Yamaha Raider S from Bert's. I am a customer 4-Life! First, it started with seeing unbelievable prices they offered on Cycle Trader. Second, I called Marli Tun (sales rep) to confirm these low prices and to even try and improve. In no more than two 5-minute calls she offered me a GREAT deal I couldn't refuse. This was my first experience at Bert's; the first person I contacted online was Jordan who is a very pleasant young man and he assisted me in getting the bike I wanted (2014 Triumph Bonneville T100 Black). It was a painless procedure which I was grateful for. The T100 Black on the showroom had light scratches on the fuel tank and several miles already on the bike so I asked for a "new" bike that hadn't been a floor model, which they did. I just purchased a Yamaha SXS 2014 my experience with these guys was not so pleasant, in fact, it was the worst buying event I have ever had. With that said, I do have to say their service department treats their customers with respect. My sales representative was Mr. Lance Long. Over a period of one month, Lance communicated with me often. I would like to start off by saying that Zarli Tun internet sales is fantastic and is a joy to work with. Beyond that my I wouldn't go back to Bert's if it was on fire and there were kittens inside!!
