What a kind compassionate dentist. I have medical conditions that make dental work painful for me. Dr. Bonnick spent more time with me on my initial consultation than they did at Tufts School of Denistry. Seems extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping patients. I look forward to working with him on my family's dental needs in the future.
Instead of going into great detail I will just say that I had three very good experiences with this dentist (Bertrandt) and on the last visit he did x-rays and afterwords he, the financial counselor, and myself went into the consulting room to discuss a multitude of work that needs to be done on my teeth. It was during that time that they humiliated me and were very debasing. It was like night and day compared to what he was like the first few times I saw him. Dr. Bonnick is great !!! He truly cares for his patients and his staff is top quality in making you feel comfortable for if scary cats like me !!!
