We have been with Bertram ever since we started internet service. I can not remember a time that there has ever been a problem. I recently called about getting a higher speed, and they so graciously gave me the upgrade for free and two free months of higher speed for free to see if I liked streaming with the faster speed. I think that is great service. I will be staying with my higher speed! It works great!!!
