This is the worst service ever. I have had nothing but problems with service since November. I keep being told it's on their end but nothing gets fixed. I call to cancel service and am told I need to submit a 30 noticed before it can be canceled. I'm told I need to return all equipment and they are open until 6pm. 50 bucks to send a tech to pick up.. no thanks.. so I drive an hour get there at 5:15pm and they are closed. This service is terrible for doing anything other than checking email and reading the news online. I live right near their radio yet the ping is highly unstable jumping anywhere between 100ms to 1000+ms regularly. During the ping spikes, packet loss is also a regular occurrence. Everyday after 6pm your download speed will drop to dial up levels no matter what package you're paying for. They know we have no other options so they refuse to fix any of these issues. Terrible internet speed, we went to 25 Mbps from 15 thinking it would be faster, wrong. Speeds drop from 6pm to about 9:30pm every day! Very hard to stream or play any online games without buffering or lagging. What are we even paying for?
This is what $100 a month gets you 🙄
Garbage service and restricts us to them specifically. We have no other options because they have a chokehold on internet service where we live. If you can get someone else, do so, otherwise you’ll suffer
I thought communicating with smoke signals and letter owls was slow, then I used your internet. if an owl shows up at your office its a list of my complaints im sure it'll get there before my web browser loads next week.
