wondering if we get a few months of free internet when this finally gets working. since we get kicked every 15min or for days on end

Continually tell me I should be able to run a TV and a computer but we can't run anything and are paying a lot for nothing!!!!
We keep upping our plan 140 a month right now and the connection keeps getting worse . They are the worst internet service we ever had. Wish Spectrum was here. Someone please get us a service in Erin that works. Right now a 16 minute update on my Apple TV will be done in 13 hours🤬🤬🤬
Very disappointed with this company! No service after hours. Slow service. Days before someone can get to the house to look at a problem. Then I call to cancel and am told they need 30 days notice and I will be charged for the next month. And if they need to pick up their equipment they will charge me $50 or I can drop it all off in random lake.

The 30 day notice is in our terms that you agreed to when you become a customer. best internet available in the country easily. But they really should let customers know that speeds slow down when everyone gets home at night. We have had it for 9 years and it consistently slows down everynight from the 7-10:30 range.

Alex and TJ just finished doing my upgrade. Both gentleman are very nice and informative - been a Bertram customer for 15+ years - the upgrade took about an hour - arrived on time and gave a courtesy call while enroute - I would highly recommend their service
