We have had Bertram for a couple of years now. We live in a rural area and could not find anyone to provide us unlimited internet. We have been very happy with the internet. My son does Xbox live with no problems. The rest of my family uses it for normal searching, utube, and Netflix. Again have not had any major issues.

About a year ago we moved to the country where no other internet was available other than that nasty satellite kind. We heard about and contacted Bertram Internet who gave us John to help us determine tower height we needed and who did the Bertram installation at 125'! Over a year now we've had awesome internet! A couple of times we had questions or needed advice, the staff was always very knowledgeable and helpful. Because we’re out in the country, we are very limited on internet providers. For years we struggled with very bad and unreliable connections. We noticed the difference as soon as we switched to Bertram. Our connection is fast and we don’t have to deal with getting disconnected. I highly recommend them! #HolidayWithBertram
