what a dump – We live near one of their rentals. It has been a filthy dump for years, with stinking bags of trash piled high, junk cars, the yard has never been mowed. They tend to rent to child beaters and thieves. It is located in an area of well kept homes. This company doesn't care.
Burtis & Wieber are CROOKS – We rented a home from B&W that was in poor condition. We did many things to the home to improve it. While renting the home our shower broke and was unuseable. Bertis and Wieber took over 2 months to fix it. When it was fixed the work was poor. Now they are trying to dishonestly charge us for damage done to the home BEFORE we lived there! DO NOT RENT FROM BERTIS & WIEBER! AVOID!
