Karl Krelovich and his team were absolutely fantastic when I needed them most. I was able to limp in with my old Jeep Liberty at 10 AM and was able to test drive my new Jeep Compass. They has such a great price and I was able to get 100% financing (I didn't bring a paper check with me on my Aspen ski trip). I was able to continue on my ski trip in less than 2.5 hours. This dealership does not care about the customer but about the bottom line . They charged me for work they said they did to my Ram but found out it wasn't done at all. Trying to get my money back was a joke. I will take my Dodge anywhere but to Berthoud. The service department is always backed up and always have an excuse for why the part hasn't arrived after 4 months or why the vehicle isn't done as promised. The whole service department is a mess
