This was by far the best sales experience I’ve had. I will not purchase from another Subaru dealer ever again. I found the car I was interested in online, emailed for additional information and began the process with Cassidy in sales. Cassidy was great! Prior to going to the dealer everything was negotiated, even my trade - contingent on seeing the trade in person, of course. Went in the next day, NOT ONE issue. My trade value was honored. The people at Bertera helped me keep my payments where I needed them to be, and made sure I got to leave with my car when I arrived to pick it up after some technical difficulties. I appreciate their help and honesty.
I recently leased from Bertera Subaru of Hartford and had a great experience. Gianni C was the sales person who helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all of their vehicles. Particularly with helping me decide between different trims of the same model. He was patient and kind and wasn’t too pushy. He spent a great deal of time with me and answered all of my questions. When your ability to adjust your side view mirrors disappears 24 days after purchase and they say, “bring it in and will let you know how much it costs YOU” lol after waiting 2 weeks for my registration and a phone call saying, “you might want to be careful driving for a few days” after you’ve left the lot... place is a joke. Go literally anywhere else for your car.

We were shopping for a Subaru vehicle from the west coast for our son that lives in Connecticut & after I spoke with salesman Derek C. We knew we found the customer service, selection, & prices we were looking for. Our salesman was a key reason for us selecting to bring our business to Bertera Subaru!!!
Jose T was wonderful! Very knowledgeable. I was curious how it would be buying a car during a pandemic - but everyone was very respectful and safe. The test drive was sanitized. Jose was able to answer my questions and my car buying experience was very easy!

My husband is a Subaru Ambassador and he won’t have me go anywhere but Bertera! Bill, and other staff, were all super accommodating especially during this pandemic. They made sure everything was extremely clean and we were comfortable even with the guidelines in place. I look forward to using them again in 3 years when my lease is up!
