The staff, in particular my main contact, Lucas Jandreau, were helpful and friendly. During the negotiation phase, they were polite, considerate, and honest. Lucas made sure to provide as much information as possible regarding our choice of car, and was very informative!
I just picked up a 2021 Ascent, the whole experience was totally awesome. Bill Gilow made everything flow very smoothly. This is my second car from Bertera Subaru and my daughter had two also! Highly recommend this dealership and Bill!

Thank you for everyone's help with receiving my new car! Jorge has been fantastic, following up at least 1-2 times a week to see how I'm doing and how the car is running. I had an issue with the battery on 8/25/20 and immediately called saying my car wasn't starting. Jorge actually answered the phone, walked to the service department and had them reach out to me in a few minutes and when I got there Jorge helped me with driving over to the service garage. Just bought a an awesome Subaru Outback. Gianni was awesome, in fact the entire team Bertera Subaru were just fantastic... I highly recommend purchasing a Subaru from these folks, especially Gianni, explained everything very well ...took a great deal of time to make sure that I was educated about my new car.
