I always have a great experience there for whatever I am needing to have done or fixed with my teeth. Everyone is so friendly and helpful in answering all my questions, They also make great suggestions in how to reduce problems you are experiencing. My biggest problem now is dry mouth from the drugs I take and the dentist and staff have given me excellent advice and suggestions which have helped immensely .
How wonderful my dentist Dr. Bancroft and staff ( Cathy and Kristina ) are I always have a great experience there for whatever I am needing to have done or fixed with my teeth. Real personal service It is great to receive real, personalized service. Everyone at JB dental treats you like family. They care about you, your health, and well being. This is no fast food version of dentistry!

My review Clean facility. Friendly, helpful, competent staff. Easy access in and out of facility ie not on a busy street. Good signage too. This is my first visit to this office. The exam included x-rays, checking gum health, checking for sensitivity to cold, looking for cavities. I initially called to have recently chipped tooth looked at and by the dentis and Dr. Bancroft was willing to see me on her off day had I been in pain. The cleaning was so thorough that whitening will not have to be done as I initially expected. Th... read more
