If you are looking for a New RV and will be having it serviced elsewhere you are probably ok. If you are thinking of buying a Used RV or having one serviced RUN AWAY QUICKLY, unless of course the scary scenes from Indiana Jones down in the pit make you feel at home. I flew in from Phoenix to look at and close the deal on a used fifth wheel. Berryland did not even bother to clean it up before showing it. Services after sales does not exist. During the prepurchase walkthrough, we notice that one of the cover for dining set cushion was ripped and request a replacement. Service told me they will order and mail the part to us. It has been over 3 month and I still do not have the part. I contacted their service department several times requesting status of this order and it seem like they could not find it in their system.
