Today is August 17, 2022, I took my Canyon Star to Berryland Campers on April 15, 2022 to have the seats reupholstered. Newmar furnished the new leather seat covers for the captains chairs, and couch, they also supplied two new recliners, and two new kitchen chairs. Berryland LOST the couch, punched a hole in one recliner, the second recliner is jammed and will not recline, and the passenger chair's foot rest will not operate. They'll tell you anything they think will get you to buy a camper even if not true. In our case, issues that did not work reliable (like the HDMI cables) were claimed to NOT be installed in our camper and covered under warranty. (They worked - just not all of the time!) The top vent cover over the AC fan was so brittle that it busted into fragments when I touched it 3 weeks after I bought the new camper. Berryland RV Service is the biggest joke I have ever been associated with. I called and made appointment on July 20, 2019 and was told I had an appointment on August 12th. When I delivered my Motorhome on August 12th the service person told me they scheduled 30 Motorhomes in front of my appointment and should be ready in two weeks. On September 2nd they said they started on my repair. That is when my nightmare started. Customer Service would be nice. Bought my RV from them, had it to them for warranty work, once I took my RV to them, over two months to get the thing fixed. While it was with them, they left it out in their back lot with the slides partially extended. Got a 6 inch rain, water poured into the living room slide area, warped the trim on both the slide and the closet door adjacent to the slide. They where a horrible dealer let me tell you how my time there went 1 when I arrived I was asked if I was stupid!! for driving to there yard to buy a RV 2 I was lied to every time I asked a question during delivery 3 the unit was filthy NEVER CLEANED 4 the unit shook while driving I was told that was normal 5 the steering wheel was out of alignment I was told it would straiten out when I loaded it 6 I was told all systems where tested NOT TRUE many thing DID NOT work TV,water fill,auto level ect 7 as I left (I staye... read more
I am so angry with Berryland I had to cool down to write this review. All I will say (and there is much I could say) DON'T BUY OR TAKE ANYTHING FOR SERVICE. After 3 days in a motel, because our coach was in service, the one we bought from Berryland) they still didnt have a clue. I was told they are not parts changers they just replace whatever needs repair, at your expense. DO NOT BUY OR GET SERVICE AT BERRYLAND. GO STRAIGHT TO CAMPING WORLD. they are nation wide and they honor/guarantee their work.

Do not do business with Berryland. They are a crew of crooks. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am following up with a complaint with the state attorney's office for fraudulent business practices.
