one of the best dentist I have ever had
One of the worst customer service. Doctor is good but the receptionist who handle appointments is arrogant & very discourteous. I have appointment for me & my daughter for tomorrow but she calls today to cancel it since I didn't call her to confirm the appointment. I believe anyone who is serving the community should not have this kind of attitude. Its our responsibility to help anyone including DDS to remain humble and have the right attitude to serve their community / customers.
Dr. Shetty has been great. She has treated me & my husband. We have been really happy with her. You would feel really warm & welcome when you visit her.
I have been going to Dr.Shetty for 2 years now. A very warm and friendly person and so is the staff. I started with a half broken tooth and a root canal and it was hell lot better than usual root canal stories. I didnt know when she started with root canal it was as good as pain free. Before any treatment she gives a detailed explanation about what is wrong, how it happens, how can it be fixed and more over how your insurance works. Dr. Shetty has great work and professional ethics. Most importantly, she is overall a great dentist. She cares most about the patients well being and the outcome of their teeth, not money. Coming into her office, feels like this: everything is extremely clean, modern, and nicely designed (not overly ornate at all). Dr. Shetty has been my dentist for the past 5 years. In fact i had gone to several dentists prior to her and I just was not satisfied as they use to charge over and above my dental plan deductibles and well, spend too little a time to do cleanings etc. Dr. Shetty has opened a new clinic in North San Jose (Berryessa and I-680) which I should say is AMAZING !! By far the best dentist I have ever been to ! You will never go to anyone else after visiting her. I moved to Texas recently and still fly back to CA for all my dental appointments !! For me, Dr Shetty is well worth the trip. From my very first visit, I got the feeling that she really cares for her patients and she knew what she was doing.
