Called around 11:30am about my garage door problem. They were able to diagnose problem over the phone. Broken spring. The technician, Reese, arrived within 30 mins! Fixed the problem in about an hour and half. Very efficient and was able to diagnose another problem that I forgot to mention (an oil leak in motor that happened before this present failure). He fixed it no problem. Highly recommended!
I called in because my door was not going down and staying down. The girl walked me through the process and assured me that it was my little sensors for my opener. I kept insisting it was not. However she walked through the whole thing and sure enough it was my sensors. I had something to close. She saved me a service fee and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. They have been out to fix my door a couple years back. They are helpful, honest, fair & very knowledgable. Koodles to them....
