They need to clean up the trash in the grass, dumpsters are always full and people smoke in the buildings.
My mom and I lived here for 2 1/2 years. When we moved in, she had to disinfect the whole place. Dirty bath tub, cupboards, moldy carpet, and walls. The hallways were never clean and smelled of marijuana. There were incidents of violence, one of which made the news. My husband and I have lived in this apartment community going on six years. We have met wonderful people who we call great friends and neighbors. The grounds are kept up, we have a beautiful scenery of our wooded back yard. The beautiful ladies in the office have been nothing but amazing. The maintenance crew are always friendly and always busy cleaning/fixing/and making sure the grounds are kept tidy. They were not responsive when I called. I called several times and left messages and they did not return my phone call. Good luck trying to get a hold of them if you are trying to rent an apartment. It's like these people don't like money or something.
