They can be extremely rude! As I was getting my dog to become my service Animal I had asked what I could do before finding out I can apply online to register my dog as an emotional support animal. I AM NOT KIDDING AT ALL WHEN I SAY THIS!!! They told me best case scenario is to probably put the dog down. The people who work in the front office literally seem to hate their lives and own image.
This apartment complex has become very hood now within the last two yrs one of the office staff moving in all family, friends. This place has become the projects. Come on see before renting and you will see what i mean.They need office staff that doesn't live out here. Keyword. Office staff.
They lied and gave me the run around the 1st time they had me to pay my lalord off I did that they gave me a certain Tim to do that and I did everything in a timely matter they gave that apartment away and had me do all that running around the 2 nd time they said if u wait til August when this lady move out u can get that apartment I said are u sure they was like yes so I call August 1st she said they just finishing up some things I’ll call u Friday with your deposit amount haven’t heard from them they stop answering the pho... read more
I want to take the time to rate this place 5 star why? Because there great affordable apartments great staff the maintenance men out here are on top of everything the lady’s in the office are wonderful. My stay here has been great awesome community out here not much to complain just one big family
