BMC is not helpful at all. They don't bother listening to their tenants, instead assuming that they already know everything
I have reached out to the Management company several times, I was told by the receptionist that she cannot give out the email or direct number to the head supervisor. I have been told that the messages has be relayed to upper management, I have left several messages since January 15th.,it's only right to be provided information to Management. We as tenants must pay our rent on time or there will be accured fees.

The management of the Paramount in DC has been atrocious. The laundry room has been essentially unavailable for weeks. They play fast and loose with lead testing and remediation. Promises by management are immediately violated (the one day response to issues is laughable). Highly recommend that anyone interested in renting from them review DC Tenant Bill of Rights so you know their legal obligations and your protections.
