Telehealth video conference due to insurance
He was very personable and listened to all my concerns. He seems like a great doctor! Looking forward to a good health journey with him.
First time meeting with Dr Bernstein. Dr Bernstein reviews all of my records with his PA, Ashley Greene, whom I see at my appointments. But I’m looking forward to a personal meeting at my next wellness appointment.
Visit was video call to catch up on my status. Majority of visits are with PA(s). The PA has always provided an excellent experience and checked with Dr. Bernstein when there was any question about the treatment. It took me 4 years to find a PCP that I was happy with, and Dr. Bernstein was-is it.

Overall a pleasant experience. Dr. Bernstein was very reasonable, attentive and answered all my questions reasonably and easy to understand. The visit was through the phone via a teleconference, so the wait was very ittle and redirected with the doctor very quickly.
Dr. B has been our family doctor since 2008 when we moved to San Antonio. He is a good listener, gives sound advice and has a great staff.
