I have been a patient for many years. In recent years the staff has made errors and has NOT been responsive. I can not refill my two blood pressure medicines. The pharmacy said the provider must be contacted. I left a message on the portal, I called twice and was told I would be called back. Four days later Instill don’t have a call from the office. I am out of meds and have a family history of strokes and Inneed my meds. I am forced to find another provider .
Been going to Dr Bernstein for over 5 yrs. Always takes the time to lesson to concerns and the process of a visit , labs needed based on discussion then a follow-up makes the annual visit focused on concerns.
As always, Dr. B. took his time with me and went over all aspects of my health issues & concerns with patience, thoroughness, and interest. He explained things well, answered my questions and, as always, listened and put me at ease. I appreciate & enjoy his sense of humor and obvious personal caring for my husband & me. We are seniors who have been his patients for 17 years! He's the best!

First part went great; i.e., check in, Dr. Visit, EKG. However, I checked out from first part and told to wait for blood draw. My name was not submitted to blood techs. I waited over 60 minutes before I realized I was not being called. My name was submitted after I inquired. Blood techs were also great but it was annoying having to wait longer than then necessary. I would gladly give a 5-star rating if not for long wait.
This office is well organized and runs on schedule. I have never had to wait five minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The portal is easy to navigate and results of tests, etc. are quickly posted. Dr. Bernstein takes time to explain and answer questions, as do the nurse practitioners I have seen.
