I never once saw Dr. Bernstein... i saw the NP. So I am unable to rate him better than a 1 star.
Dr. Bernstein, always listens when I’m explaining what my problem is any gives me good advice and what to follow when he gives me medication or anything that I need to get me in good health and also directs me to the right doctors to take care of me

Dr. Bernstein takes his time to explain the preventative vaccines during my son's routine physical exam. My disabled son has been a patient with Dr. Bernstein for several years but the doctor has always treated Chris W. with compassion, respect and kindness.
It was my first interaction with Dr. Bernstein, therefore we don't know each other. I rarely go to a doctor. It has to be something I feel is extremely and seriously important. I hardly ever am sick. He was very kind and took his time to be with me. But I don't think he believed me that I was in as much pain as I am. Very thorough visit and things are getting better
Dr. B is clear, concise & direct. Like that he explains all of my medical questions.
This was my 1st visit, and I was very impressed. Very little wait time to see the doctor. Dr. Bernstein is personable, professional, easy to talk to, and did not seem to be hurried or rushed. I'm so happy to have discovered San Antonio Family Physicians.
He always listens to my concerns and I don’t feel rushed. He’s very pleasant.
