Very nice personal, very well organized and structured. Dr. Bernstein is an awesome Dr very knowledgeable and seems to be very down to earth. Always feel good going to his practice to visit.
Terrible to get an answer from the staff. Hard to get an appointment with a specialist. Will not answer the phone. If you go to the portal to get information etc. , they do not reply!
In my 71 years I’ve had dozens of doctors. NONE of them came close to providing the level of care I just experienced with Dr. Bernstein. My recent move to SA necessitated yet another search for a doc I could trust, a process that frankly is a crap shoot, at best. Well I lucked out. His analysis of my blood work alone was a crash course in healthy living. He methodically explained the import of each reading and took the time to map out a strategy for correction. I recently moved to San Antonio, today was my first visit to Dr. Bernstein, I was impressed with Dr. Bernstein’s diagnosis and treatment recommendations. He listened to my concerns and took a lot of time to explain everything and make certain I understood all of his recommendations. He is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Excellent experience.
