This was my first visit to see Dr. Bernstein. He seems interested in my health and well being. Asked a lot of questions and true concern about what is going on with me. Very thorough.
Televisit. He was very patient with my questions and answered them with thoughtful care. He explained my labs and made sure I understood his take on the results. Dr. Bernstein was super caring about my issues and always asked if i had more concerns. The call didn't feel rushed and I so appreciate that.
Office is nice new and clean. A lot of parking. Staff and check in was also nice and fast. The waiting fir the Iab was not fast I waited fir a while
We live 45 minutes away but we take the long drive because we are very happy with Dr Bernstein.
Fabulous experience from front receptionist, minimal wait time until taken back. Nurse had excellent patient customer service. Dr Bernstein spent time reviewing my history, listened to any concerns and determined way forward. Like the office has many in house services as well as extended hours.
When over results from blood being drawn from the last visit. Recommended a pill for elevation in blood pressure that I’m currently experiencing lately. Always through in covering test results and recommendations for concerns or questions I have.
Very informative and professional would recommend Dr. Bernstein to anyone needing a great physician…
He is a great doctor. I've only started going to him but every visit has gone smoothly. He has referred me to a great ENT doctor. He also communicates with you over their website. If you are looking for a doctor I recommend Dr Bernstein.
