Worst customer service ever! My daughter's glasses broke shortly after purchasing them. I tried to glue them but they wouldn't stay together. I took them in to the office and they said they had no record of her ever being a patient there! Then when a year had passed they start calling us again telling us it's time to make an appointment for her annual visit! So all of a sudden she was their patient again!

Really friendly staff. Kassandra was super helpful and sweet. From helping me over the phone, too helping me find the perfect frames for me. She deserves a raise!
