RecommendedBernie's Grooming City Dogs are very professional and endearing to their dog clients. I have a challenging dog due to an earlier groomer significantly nipping him. Bernie's Grooming was sensitive to his situation. Michael worked diligently with success to assist Doodles with his fears. To me, Michael and Bernie's Grooming, are heroes in their work with Doodles. My boys always love going to City Dogs. It must be a good time because they drag me through the door. They look terrific as always. Prancer and Brody are now snoring as they spent their morning getting handsome and meeting with other doggies.

We were customers of Bernie's for six years at the Alabama Street location, which recently closed. I brought my dogs to the new location and was charged nearly DOUBLE what I was being charged at the previous location with no warning. I felt 100% swindled. $300 for two dogs grooming versus the $170 I used to pay for and never heard a peep from the owner as I was promised. A terrible way to onboard existing customers to a new location and terrible business practice all around. Looking for a new groomer.
Bernie and her team take such great care of my very energetic puppy! I'm comfortable leaving him in their care, as their patience and kindness exceeds my expectations.
Bernie's was recommended to us by a neighbor, and we have had the best experiences in the years we've been bringing our (slightly neurotic but adorable) dogs to see Wen-Li at the SF ACC location (15th Street). Wen-Li does does great, consistent work. She combines a professional attitude with a easy-going positive personality. I cannot recommend Bernie's (and Wen-Li) more.
What an amazing place. I had the opportunity to help for a couple of days and was so impressed how professional this place was! The staff were lovely to all the dogs that came in. Thoroughly recommend.. Nothing like this where I live in the UK.
