Todd has helped Bryan look at several different truck options over the last few months, contacting him during his non-work hours even to get him info right away, and today he made the new truck dream a reality!!! Quick, friendly, and professional. From sales to service, we have always had a positive experience!
Got new tires from them, mount, balance and rotate, and failed to balance tires properly. I brought my car back 3 more times and they still did not balance the tires because they said I needed new brakes. I ended up going to Walmart to get my tires balanced for 36 dollars. One tire was 2.5 ounces out of balance. Bernard's lost one customer and I hate to say it but Walmart gained one Customer. Thanks General Manager Mike for the poor service.
