Chase (sales) and Carrie (finance) were great to work with. Very patient, right on top of the whole purchase process, Carrie worked with my bank to have a smooth transaction. Chase reached out from the initial contact to making sure my new Jeep was ready when I arrived.

It has been a few days now since I got my new car and decided to a wait to write my review about Bernards and all the staff that helped me due to the excitement. I have to say they are a great group of people and made it happen. I didn't buy a new car, but it is new to me and I felt they treated me as if I bought a new one. Who am I kidding I am still excited and LOVE my car. Thank you Chase for everything.

I had no intention of buying any vehicle today. Needless to say I did. Never bought a vehicle from them before, but Todd took the time and is very easy to get along with. My experience was awesome. Now I hope the service supports the first experience. You guys got me into a different brand now show me why I need to stay. Service sells!!!!
We needed to get our Town & Country looked at, but having two toddlers made the switch of vehicles a little more tricky. Chase made the transition SO easy and even installed both of our carseats into the rental van until ours was fixed! Thanks so much, Chase!! �
