In the market for a used Ram 1500 and wanted to shop and spend our family's money locally. Everyone at Bernard's was very nice, courteous, professional, personable, and there was no high pressure sales. I had the best customer service today at Bernard's! I walked in and asked if someone could take a look at my van and possibly drive it to figure out what was causing this noise that I had noticed. In less then 1 minute a service tech was taking my van for a drive. Bad wheel bearing :( it was the Friday before a holiday weekend at 1:30pm and I thought I would ask to see if it could get fixed today since we were needing it to leave town. Wonderful experience working with Chase Paulson! My wife and I felt comfortable shopping for our new vehicle because we were able to shop at our own pace. We love our Jeep Renegade and we will definitely be back in the future!
I just bought my second car yesterday, 2012 Chevy Cruz from Chase Paulson. I had nothing but outstanding customer service from him. Bernards was worth the little over one hour drive to get the car we wanted while receiving customer service you can't quite get at a Twin Cities dealer. No pushy sales tactics and working with Chase Paulson was great. He is an asset to the company. We will definitely be back in the future.
