That told me he was exempting new patients, and gave me an appointment. Waited two months, only to show up to find out that he isn't here, and isn't taking new patients. They didn't even notify me, matter of fact they confirmed the appointment. Now I've lost time and money as I had to leave work. Of course they won't care about this review, apparently they have plenty of patients. I do not recommend.
Great doctor. Always professional, timely, and communicative at appointments.
Incompetent doctor and staff who hide behind their Mychart system as an excuse for their repeated failures. Prescription refills typically require at least two calls to both the doctor and the pharmacy, along with a couple emails through Mychart. Their phone system tells patients to call the pharmacy for refills. If you follow their instructions, you will probably never get your prescriptions.
