Dr. Bernardon is the best family physician I have found in this area. He spends time with you and has great bedside manner. He explains conditions thoroughly and listens to what I have to say. I moved out of West Chester a few years ago but still make the drive so I can continue with this practice
Dr. Bernardon is an excellent family physician who I've been seeing since about 2005. When first a patient with him my health was relatively good, with some asthma and allergy related issues. Over time my health issues have drastically changed and he's been wonderful in diagnosing, explaining, and referring when appropriate. He and his staff are very good, only once was there an issue with this office and that physician left the practice shortly after. This is a great Dr.
I visited Dr.Bernardon for getting a Blood work and after giving my blood and waiting for two weeks, I discovered that he did not order those specific blood work to the lab. Even after pointing out that I need a particular blood work after two weeks, he ordered the wrong blood work again. Frustrated by this I changed my doctor and hospital and got the results I wanted within 2 days.
