Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Bernardon for an issue that has been troubling me for several years. From the moment I walked into his office, the entire appointment was flawless. I came in feeling lost and uncertain, but Dr. Bernardon was exceptionally attentive and dedicated. That told me he was exempting new patients, and gave me an appointment. Waited two months, only to show up to find out that he isn't here, and isn't taking new patients. They didn't even notify me, matter of fact they confirmed the appointment. Now I've lost time and money as I had to leave work. Of course they won't care about this review, apparently they have plenty of patients. I do not recommend.
Great doctor. Always professional, timely, and communicative at appointments.
Incompetent doctor and staff who hide behind their Mychart system as an excuse for their repeated failures. Prescription refills typically require at least two calls to both the doctor and the pharmacy, along with a couple emails through Mychart. Their phone system tells patients to call the pharmacy for refills. If you follow their instructions, you will probably never get your prescriptions.
Dr. Bernardon is the best family physician I have found in this area. He spends time with you and has great bedside manner. He explains conditions thoroughly and listens to what I have to say. I moved out of West Chester a few years ago but still make the drive so I can continue with this practice
Dr. Bernardon is an excellent family physician who I've been seeing since about 2005. When first a patient with him my health was relatively good, with some asthma and allergy related issues. Over time my health issues have drastically changed and he's been wonderful in diagnosing, explaining, and referring when appropriate. He and his staff are very good, only once was there an issue with this office and that physician left the practice shortly after. This is a great Dr.
I visited Dr.Bernardon for getting a Blood work and after giving my blood and waiting for two weeks, I discovered that he did not order those specific blood work to the lab. Even after pointing out that I need a particular blood work after two weeks, he ordered the wrong blood work again. Frustrated by this I changed my doctor and hospital and got the results I wanted within 2 days.
