The doctor's office refused care for my 78 year old mother after finding out she would be moving, telling me to ask her new doctor. SHE HASN'T EVEN MOVED YET AND THEY ARE ALREADY REFUSING CARE.
I was thrilled to speak *at length* with Dr. Rojas regarding care and regular visits for my parents at their assisted living facility. This was in February, and all paperwork was filled out. Then without communication to me, he never returned, ghosting my parents. Both the facility and the doctor share responsibility for this mess that I am still unravelling. Awful experience.
Dr. Rojas and his Nurse Practitioner are very involved in the life of the community. They faithfully come to our community and address our residents needs quickly and promptly. They are empathetic to the needs of our geriatric clientele and understand the aging process. We are impressed by their commitment to the residents and their families. We have found them ti be easy to communicate with. Thank you Dr. Rojas and Ryan for all you do!
