I have a severe gag reflex and anytime I go to a new dentist I am nervous. From the moment I walked into the door for the initial visit I was calmed. I was told they have experience with my issue and was walked through my options. I came back for my first cleaning and my technician was awesome. She was gentle and gave me time if I needed to collect myself during the process.
