I had a long wait and the front desk staff was not friendly, but once I got to see Dr. Copolleli, I was very pleased. I really don't care about how friendly the front desk is or the long wait. I want the best care I can get because too many things can go wrong with any surgery. This was my first office visit and next time I will plan to wait. I was extremely satisfied with the visit. He answered all my questions and gave me alternatives to my problem. 

Foot still hurts

Waited there for over 2 hours - their time is important your is not. Then was told my foot problem is no big deal. He gave me a bad print out from a website with stuff I should do for my condition - I could have done that! All he really wanted to do was sell me some $5 shoe inserts that he charged me $50 for - not included in my insurance of course. Then they want to book another appointment for you so they can get some more insurance money...no thanks.

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I waited forever for my appointment! Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous
