Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr Copolelli is by far the best Podiatrist. He is attentive to our needs and is detailed oriented. He takes the time we need and explains everything to us. He returns our calls in a timely manner. His office is spacious and very clean. He is personable and treats everyone like an individual not a number and we were able to get right in as a new patient on the next day as it was an urgent matter and needed attention immediately.
