So I recently went into BC and after introducing myself and finding out me and Kelly went to the same HS (different years) I was later taken to see how the man Josh was sharpening my knives and while doing so he was explaining to me in specific detail about my knives and knives in general gearing more towards Japanese knives of course. My experience there was amazing, I went in only for sharpening and walked out with two new books and a new respect for Japanese knives. Thank you Sam, Kelly, and Josh!!!!
