I bought two new knives today!!!! The only thing more amazing then the knives and the edge they put on my old one was the customer service. They were friendly and professional, but more then that They, knowledgeably, answered all my questions. Costumer service is a thing of the past in many places, but not here. Chefs of San Francisco, go to Bernal Cutlery!!!
They got the product. They got the people. They got the program. And, yeah, they are right across the street from Tartine’s. QED.
Can't say more than perfect about these guys! Love their selection and their deals. As someone in the industry, they offer knives that not only get the job done, but survive whatever you throw at them.
I took all my knives to these folks to sharpen all my edges, and they did a fine job. They also have gorgeous knives for sale; they have patience for their customers; and they are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about knives. I recommend that you sharpen your knives if they're good, and replace them if they're bad!
