Great selection and extremely helpful staff.
I am extremely disappointed with this order. I paid $124.92 for the Grand Fiesta Bouquet with Birthday Balloon, but the arrangement delivered was nowhere near what was advertised on the FTD website. The Grand Bouquet shown online is large, vibrant, colorful, and overflowing with flowers. The arrangement that was delivered was significantly smaller, had completely different flowers, and looked more like a standard or deluxe arrangement rather than the Grand size I paid for. Great arrangement, recipients really liked it. Delivered with care on time.
After 1 800 Flowers fell through we had to go in last minute day before. They were so friendly. Flower delivery had come so they said they'd do their best to accommodate a lovely wildflower spray, they couldn't have done better if it was planned. Gorgeous spray and we are so so grateful for the flowers, service, and on time less than a day delivery.
2 years in a row I have gotten flowers for formal here and both years they did not listen to any of my requests. None of my color requests, none of my greenery requests. I made sure that all of the flowers I asked for were in season both years. Last year, I dealt with it but this year, for $95, my senior year, 6 flowers is not okay for a bouquet, especially when you tell me that everything I asked for you could get.
