We went to Berman because our Nissan Versa was on its last legs and we had previously had a positive experience with the service department as a result of the Versa airbag recall. Prior to visiting the dealership, we browsed their used car inventory online and found an available Honda CRV. You then drove this vehicle for over a year, put just shy of 10k miles on it, decided against purchasing an extended service contract (which would of covered your transmission), and after said amount of time your transmission did in fact fail.
