I bought a used car here and I cannot recommend them. Two weeks after the purchase the battery went completely dead. I needed a car that morning and after receiving no response from Berman I contacted AAA who showed me the test Berman should have done to determine how little energy the battery had. Berman blamed me for not having the car towed to their facility as if blaming the customer for their inability to provide a safe and reliable car was the best response. This place is so poorly run its insane. Went to see a car and was set up with a very nice sales person . Started the paper work for numbers and the games started to begin. I had a manager by the name of ************************* talk so much c*** to me thinking it was ok and professional. the management is uneducated and low class guess they cant find anyone good to work for them since they teach them how to scam people. My wife identified a car she wanted to buy and called the dealership to confirm they had the car. The price was on their website. She was going to buy the car and they added two sections to the bill * Accessories and ***********. The accessories was $3295 and the *********** was $499. They told her that the accessories was for a towing hitch and door guards! Scam artist. Gave me quote for work I didnt need. They charge me for work I didnt need. 2 weeks later I had the same problem. They gave me a quote after coming back for work I didnt even need again. They said they did a compression test and there was nothing wrong with my engine but instead I had a leak in my radiator. I took my car to a radiator shop and the people was honest with me and told me I actually needed a head gasket and not a new radiator. They said there is no leak in my radiator. Bought 2017 nissan pathfinder for 17k still paying on it in April 2021 its only March 2022 not a full year and already the Trans going bad and other things they diagnosed in total 11k n sum change how the f*** is that possible I kno chicago potholes heavy but not 11k worth I need some explanation cause lawsuit looking real good cause u sold me truck u guys never diagnosed

Poor Sales and Services - do not go there! If I could rate them with a half of this star, I would. Selling a car they tell you a lot of baloony, change of oil: they charge you of 3 best oils and insert only one cheap oil- when I went to another service, the guy scanned the ticket and shoved to me. Rip off! Shame on you Berman Nissan, I sent you letter with my complaint - you never even called back. And so on an n - bad can not be worse. Do not go there.
I came looking for some help, and this place they did everything to help me out with a good bank approval. Everything is very new and they have a huge service department.
