They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I always leave Dr. Berman's office feeling good about myself and well cared for.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Recommending them to someone would be like a punishment. I wouldn't want to give them any more business! I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
