Is this normal practice to leave a Morphine PCA pump in a patients room for 2 days not in use . Morphine is still considered a narcotic isn't it. It should be wasted with a witness correct? I haven't hung one in a few years maybe the standards have changed.

RecommendedI can not say enough great things about the emts, nurses and doctor during my emergency visit to this hospital. From the time the ambulance arrived at the hotel to attend to my emergency to the checkout process. I was so scared and the emt immediately calmed my nerves. I believe his name was Jack.
