If you can help it, do not rent from them. They will add to the amount due for rent the day before your rent is due claiming it is them trying to catch up. and if you are unable to pay that extra money, they will tack on a late fee. Truly a scam.
Berkshire Park is the worst apartment complex. Berkshire Park and the ones who own it only care about money. They don't care about you at all. 1. They never told me when I viewed the apartment that they have a 2,500 fee to leave this place if I'm not happy or I need to move on before my lease is up. That's right. You heard me right. We (Paved Assets) recently complete some asphalt and concrete repairs at Berkshire Park and we had a wonderful experience working with everyone on the Blue Ridge team. From start to finish, communication was easy and friendly. Franklyn and Chelsea are wonderful to work with and it is clear by all of the improvements on property that the owners, property managers and maintenance teams care about their tenants and customers!!
