Horrible Experience I lived in this apartment for over three years. There were multiple management and employee changes which led to inconsistency in the office. The new staff there are rude, abrupt and unpleasant to work with. The garbage at the dumpsters is constantly overflowing in between pickups, glass is always shattered in the parking lot, gates are consistently broken. Honest Opinion I’ve been leaving here for 2 months I love it here. We haven’t had any problems with vandalism thank God. The amenities here are a great accommodation to my daily life.

Be careful Living here is cool. The amenities are cool. But your car will get broken into. If you love on the first floor. anything left on your balcony is free game. They have curtesy patrol but that’s just for show. There have been multiple break ins and the management have been made aware but say they can’t do anything. We literally watch something get stolen at least once a week. Bikes, patio furniture etc. I can’t tell you how many cars have been robbed. Something to take into consideration before moving here.

We really like living here. This is our 3rd apartment in Berkshire. Everytime our lease is next to expire we try to look around just to try something new and we always end up here. It is pretty convenient, close to everything, good amenities and all for a very fair price. Trying to move out of here is paying more for less. It has its downsides as well, hallways are quite dirty and the pool is very crowded during the summer; that's nice if you are single and young but not that much when you have a baby like us. Worst apartment I've ever lived in It has a nice pool It has a 24 hour small gym Cons: There is NO insulation in any of the walls so you will hear every conversation your neighbors have. Management is unresponsive and rude. They will nickle and dime you at every turn. The hot water heater holds about 15 minutes worth of hot water (not enough to fill the tub half way). The dog park that they boast so much about has had fleas 4 times in the year I've lived here. Maintenance is slow to respond. They will charge you to accept yo... read more

I love living here! I can not have picked a better property to live. It is very well kept and the staff is amazing. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that I may have, and the home was cleaned perfectly. I do not hear my neighbors and the parking lot at night is very quiet. The amenities are really great, and the fitness center is very convenient. Everything is in a less than 5 mile radius and I love that about this location. I am happy I chose to live here at BMD.

From Natalia Hi , I been living here family with kids , the leasing agents have told us that kids can t use areas like playing pool, go to exercize room just in case they mess something up . Management here is terrified is anything is out of place or if you loud. Terrible situation for family with kids . Berkshire rating Overall the complex is great. Good apartments with good amenities. It's got a HUGE dog park so it's great if you have dogs. Very quiet and close to everything. The only complaint I have is that it's got a large dog park which is a huge attraction for many looking to rent, but there's nothing else to it. There's no water which is very frustrating, no shade, and if you have a small dog it will be able to slip through the fence. Overall I would give it a 8 out of 10.
