I bought a brand new 2018 Mazda CX-5 and it immediately had issues; the thing broke twice in as many days! Obviously it was a defect in manufacturing, it happens, kinda surprised it doesn't happen more often to be honest. Jim Salvie worked wonders in my favor while dealing directly with Mazda. It was such a pleasure working with Josh Pavey. Buying a new vehicle can be a bit over whelming but Josh made the experience so easy. There's a difference from buying a vehicle at a huge dealership vs. a smaller one. I definitely felt like I was being taken care of not screwed over. I can't thank Berkshire Mazda enough for helping me out. If you're ever considering getting a vehicle here ask for Josh!

Just got my 2010 Subaru Legacy from these awesome people. My fiancé and I are ecstatic. Awesome car, Low mileage and a great deal. But a lot of times you can get that elsewhere too. The reason for the 5 star review is because out of all the issues I had on my end all three salesman and secretary were patient, understanding and helpful in more ways then one.
