I first started working with Judy Henry when I needed to sell a home to settle an estate of which I was executrix. This home had issues & was not an easy sell. Judy gave me a price which she thought would be reasonable to sell the home at and even though I really was hoping for more, "aren't we all looking for that big figure??"
