My partner and I just closed on a home in Austin for which Kent was the seller's agent. He ignored all calls from our realtor during the entire purchase process and couldn't be bothered to bring the keys to the home to us at the closing. After several frantic attempts to contact him and a visit to the home, we found that he left the house unlocked with no key in site.
