This agent hid from us as buyers that he was representing the seller at the same time. We had to switch to his principal agent because we as buyers had lost trust with him. We recommend carefully considering a different agent who will represent you without mixed priorities and with full honesty. Although this situation may be more common than we would like, the bigger issue was that he did not disclose to us at all that he was representing both sides until we happened to notice the fine print on the disclosure forms.
