Berkshire Hathaway office on Alice DR. sucks poor Management,i called them 3 weeks ago about my kitchen sink and it's still not fixed the mold under my sink is making me sick they keep talking about oh let me see if they can get the guy to come out, it shouldn't take a month for a sink to be fixed and my bathroom ceiling i reported that LAST YEAR and it's not fixed yet,my grandma always said you get what you pay for, and they treat people just like $675
Renters beware. If owners of property come to inspect and don’t like what they see when they look you in the face, you might be asked to move during the holiday season. Good thing is you do get 30 days. You’d think that after you’ve spent over $50,000 living at a property that you’d be treated with decency. And please don’t ever call and question anything like the rent going up, they get defensive and then start doing petty things like disregarding maintenance requests. Didn't do the greatest job in managing my rental (told me the renter destroyed my walls with anchors and such, but when I asked them to cover the repairs with the deposit, she didn't want to and told the renters that I was somehow being unfair...what the?). But Susan did a GREAT job selling my home - so extra stars for that!
